  • As CTO, grew an ICT & software engineering company now serving 30+ institutional clients across 50+ projects.
  • Designed and built a flagship product suite — EfaSMS, EfaCampus, EfaPOS, Certificate (EfaCert), HR & Payroll, and a Revenue Collection platform.
  • Architected flexible deployment models (managed cloud, dedicated institutional cloud, and on-premise) to meet the data-sovereignty needs of universities, ministries, and revenue boards.
  • Led the full engineering lifecycle — discovery, UI/UX, secure Python/Django backend development, deployment, staff training, and ongoing support.

  • Deployed and manage a Revenue Collection Platform purpose-built for taxing and formalizing informal sector businesses.
